Chester region now open!

Third time is indeed a charm, and the Chester Nanowrimo forum region is now open for business! The boards will be wiped clean on the first of October, but after that we will be in business for the first time. More as my ML credentials come through. Now off we all go to flex creative muscle in preparation for the annual awesomeness that is Nanowrimo!
